Due to the latest development associated with the Covid-19 virus Norwegian Air Shuttle have announced a reduction in capacity the upcoming months. This will affect employees throughout the company and temporary layoffs have been announced by company management. However, to what extent these layoffs and other measures will affect our members are uncertain.
NPU is in close dialogue with the company. We expect a continuous constructive dialogue of how to handle this difficult situation to the benefit of the company and our members.
